※Sophia先生は火曜日と土曜日、David先生は水曜日と木曜日のレッスンを担当します。
はじめまして！ソフィアと申します。東京に住んでいる大学生です。日本人とカナダ人のハーフです。５歳まではカナダ、それ以降は日本で育ちました。日本の経歴が長いですが、日本での学校生活や、家族との会話は英語だったので、英語と日本語の両方を問題なく話せます。
英検１級も持っていて、言語スキルの向上をサポートすることにとても興味があります 🙂
絵画や陶芸など、何かしらのアートに没頭していることが多いです。また、自然の中で過ごしたり、本や映画について話したり、様々な話題で会話することが好きです。
英会話の練習を、自然で楽しい方法ですることができたら良いと思います！

Hi! My name is Sophia, and I’m a university student based in Tokyo. I’m half Japanese and half Canadian. I lived in Canada until I was five, and since then, I’ve grown up in Japan. Although I’ve spent most of my life in Japan, my school life and family conversations have been in English, so I’m fluent in both English and Japanese.
I also have an Eiken Grade 1 certification, and I’m eager to meet new people and help improve their language skills in a relaxed and fun way 🙂
When I’m not studying, you’ll usually find me immersed in some kind of art project – whether it’s painting, pottery, or anything creative! I also enjoy spending time outdoors in nature, and chatting about books,
films, and anything that sparks interesting conversations.
I believe learning English can be an enjoyable and personal experience, and I’d love to help you along the way. My goal is to help you practice English conversation in a way that feels natural, engaging, and fun!

私の名前はデイビッドです。2016年にカナダから日本へ移り、関西エリアで新たな機会や経験に集中することにしました。IT業界と金融業界で30年間働いた後、よりゆったりとしたライフスタイルを楽しむことにしました。
日本では、釣り、ハイキング、木工、陶芸、ガーデニング、そして何よりも各地の季節の料理を楽しむことを共通の趣味とする素晴らしい人々と出会うことができました。
私は8年間、さまざまな学習スタイルの生徒に英語を教えてきましたが、特に実践的で実生活に役立つ英語に重点を置いています。それが皆さんの学習や自信につながることを願っています。
リラックスした楽しい雰囲気の中で一緒に学ぶことで、英語を学ぶモチベーションを保ち、積極的に活用していただけるようになることを楽しみにしています。
My name is David and I moved to Japan from Canada in 2016 to focus on new opportunities and experiences in the Kansai area. After 30 years of working in the IT and Finance sectors, it was time to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle.
Japan has allowed me the chance to meet so many wonderful people that have shared my interest in Fishing, Hiking, Woodworking, Pottery, Gardening and most rewarding, trying local seasonal cuisine from all regions of this beautiful Country.
My 8 years of teaching varies based on the students’ learning style. But I like to focus on practical, useful English for real world situations that I hope will benefit your learning and confidence.
I look forward to sharing our time together in a relaxed, enjoyable manner, so you are encouraged to stay motivated with learning and using English.
