アニメ＆ゲームのイベント「Akimatsuri」のボランティアに参加しませんか？
バンクーバーのAnime Convention Society による秋のイベントが開かれます。
アニメやゲーム、日本のPop Culture などたくさんの企画が予定されています。コスプレも大人気です！
日時：１１月３．４日（土、日）
場所：Simon Fraser University＿8888 University Drive, Burnaby

ボランティアのポジションはたくさんあります。
以下を参考に、やってみたいポジションとシフト（日にちと時間帯）を記入の上、お名前、住所、携帯、ビザの種類、これまでのボランティアの経験と簡単な自己紹介を添えてボランティア・コーディネーターのユカまでメールお願いします。

Job:１
– Site set-up and take-down（準備と片付け）
Time
– Saturday morning 6am till 9am
– Sunday afternoon 5pm till done
– each hour is 1.5 hours of time
Description
– helping set-up and take down all of the rooms at SFU
Job:２
– Room Monitor（ルームの管理）
Time
– Saturday 9am till Sunday 5pm
Description
– Person will monitor the room to make sure people have passes. The
person monitor the room can as well watch what is happening in theroom.
– For people watching the video rooms they will need to start the next
video that is on the schedule
Job:３
– Coat/Bag Check（チケットの確認と荷物預かり）
Time
– Saturday 8am till Sunday 1am
– Sunday 9am till Sunday 5pm
Description
– Take the bag/coat and give the person a ticket with the location of
their item, retrieve the item as required
Job:４
– Communication Services ( info booth)
Time
– Saturday 8am till Saturday 11:30pm
– Sunday 8am till Sunday 5pm
Description
– Will man the info booth or the communications room
– will need to know what is happening at the con and any changes to the schedule
– will make sure that changes to the schedule are printed up and
posted at the location
– inform Programming and/or Operations if there are issues that have
been brought to your attention
– handle Lost and Found
– will assist programming in contest sign ups
– other random duties that might be need to convention communication
この他に日本のカルチャー（アニメや漫画、ゲームや音楽、日本語、食べ物 Etc…）のパネルのプレゼンテーションをグループでやってみませんか？
パネリストとして参加希望の方は２回のJPCanadaでのミーティングとグループワークが必要です。ミーティングは １０月１９日（金）と１１月２日（金）４時半から６時までです。（参加は必須です）
Made Cafeのメイドも募集しています。(Girl’s only) メイド のコスプレ着用でお願いします。メイドカフェのグループのミーティングの参加が必要ですが詳しくはユカまでお問い合わせお願いします。
パネルとメイドの応募の締切りは１０月１８日（木）/ 当日のボランティアの応募締切りは１０月２９日（月）です。
