このイベントではアニメ・漫画・コスプレや日本の文化をテーマとしたBC州で一番大きなイベントがコンベンションセンターで開催されます!

1. Bag Stuffers (お土産バッグ準備)
This volunteer or staff member is required to assemble ‘swag’ bags for our attendees and VIP. Although the job seems simple, it requires patience and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
・Organize Bags
・verify contents of bag
・Deliver bag to atendee
・Assist sales staff
2.Line Control (ライン整備)
This volunteer is required to assist and monitor lineups. They are required to keep the line in order and prevent people from budging. In addition, they are required to remind attendees to have their badges and/or ID ready before entering the room.
Responsibilities:
· Keep lineup from spilling out
· Move lineup along when ready to move
· Coordinate with ops/convention staff to maintain proper lineup regulations
・ Block attendees from jumping the line
· Assist operations staff with other roles
3.Rover (会場内の巡回とチェック)
This volunteer or staff member is required to monitor multiple areas of the vendor hall and assist vendors/artists with setup and/or washroom breaks.
Responsibilities:
· Walking throughout entire vendor room
· Must be familiar with layout of convention centre
· Ask artists/dealers if they require any assistance
· Report to vendor help desk for any additional responsibilities
4.Sales Assistants (役員の補助と、簡単な作業)
This volunteer or staff member is required to assist the sales staff at the sales desk. They are responsible for helping pre-fill badge info and delivering swag bag.
Responsibilities:
· Retrieving blank badges
· Entering in name for badges
· Prepping swag bag for delivery to attendee
· Assisting sales staff with any other roles
5.Vendor Help Desk (物売りとアーティストのヘルプ)
Responsibilities:
· Locate artist/vendor badge
・Knowledge of convention centre rules and regulations
· Knowledge of move-in / move-out times
・ Handing swag bags out to vendors/artist
· Selling extra passes to vendors/artists
· Knowledge of show service decorator location and services
※シフトは9AM~5PM, 1PM~9PMのどちらかで、計16時間になるように組んでください
今回のボランティア募集定員は10名です。そして日常会話に支障の無い程度の英語力が条件となります(^O^)
